Classes and 1:1 Sessions
1. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and card payment.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a refund minus a £10 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
- If you cannot attend due to medical reasons, please provide a medical certificate; refunds or transfers will be considered case-by-case.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
3. Attendance and Conduct
- Classes are designed for pregnant individuals and their partners/support persons.
- Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the session.
- Respect towards instructors and fellow participants is expected. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
4. Class Format
- Classes are delivered both face-to-face and online (hybrid format).
- For online classes, access details will be sent before the course start date.
- Please ensure a suitable environment and reliable internet connection for online participation.
5. Health and Safety
- If you or your partner become unwell or go into labour, seek immediate medical attention and inform us if you cannot attend.
- The classes provide educational information and support but do not replace clinical advice from healthcare providers.
6. Liability
- Participation is at your own risk.
- We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse outcomes related to attendance or participation.
- Course content is based on current best practice but may not apply to all individual circumstances.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected during booking is confidential and used only for course administration, compliant with data protection laws.
- We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. Intellectual Property
- Course materials and content are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
- Participants will be notified of significant changes before their course starts.
